{Coloring} Book Review: Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice-4 Stars

I am a huge fan of Pumpkin Spice anything and I love coloring so this was perfect for me! This coloring book is full of whimsical designs and quotes to color. Some designs are pretty intricate and will take you some time, making it the perfect thing to do on a crisp fall day curled up with some coffee! I used markers to color the pages I’ve included pictures of and the paper is thick enough that the markers don’t bleed or show through to the other side. Each page is also perforated so you can tear out your colored pages and display them!

I received this coloring book free from Thomas Nelson and Harper Collins BookLook Bloggers Program in exchange for my honest review.

{Coloring} Book Review: That’s So ’90s Pop Coloring/Activity Book Review-3 Stars

This was a little disappointing. I love adult coloring books as well as the pop stars from the ’90s so I thought, what could be better than this? Some of the illustrations of the singers are terrible and downright scary looking! It might be fun for children but for a true ’90s pop star lover, it falls flat. There’s pages to color, activities, and facts that make it an interesting premise, but it just didn’t wow me.

{Coloring} Book Review: Home Is Wherever Mom Is Adult Coloring Book: Creative Coloring & Hand Lettering-5 Stars

When I saw this coloring book available to request from Harper Collins/BookLook bloggers, I KNEW I had to request it as I love to color and I’m going to be a mom for the first time in August! This is a BEAUTIFUL coloring book filled with designs and hand lettered pages to color depicting real life motherhood, as well asĀ bible verses and quotes. The pages are quite nice and sturdy, and perforated as well. This would be a great gift for a new mom, or a worn out mom just needing a break to relax and color. I’m in my second trimester and some days I’m so tired from work and growing a baby I can’t wait to prop my feet up and spend an hour coloring and relaxing!

Thank you to BookLook Bloggers for the chance to review this coloring book complimentary!

(Coloring) Book Review: Everything Beautiful-5 Stars

This is an absolutely beautiful coloring book! With very detailed, but not too intricate, drawings and inspirational, uplifting quotes and bible verses in beautiful script to accompany the drawings. The pages are not too thin. I enjoy using gel pens and mini markers to color in this book.

Thank you to “Blogging for Books” for this review copy. All opinions are my own.

(Coloring) Book Review: Wonderland by Amily Shen-5 Stars

I am obsessed with the adult coloring books as of late, and I also love Alice in Wonderland so I had to request this! It’s a very nice, detailed, beautifully artistic coloring book with narrative strewn in as well. I’ve only colored in it with thin tipped crayola markers but am going to try colored pencils soon. The markers don’t bleed but for some detailing they are a little too thick. Overall, if you love coloring and Alice, I highly recommend this! (Coloring) Book Review: Whatever is Lovely-5 Stars

whatever is lovely

I am so happy I got the chance to review this coloring book! I love coloring, and this one is truly delightful. I also love the bible verses/quotes that are included on the oppositeĀ page across from the drawing. It is detailed but not too intricate like some I have seen, making it fun, but also not as tiring to color. Every single page has a beautiful drawing on it. I highly recommend this coloring book if you’re looking for something to accompany your daily devotion or bible reading, or just to take a break from the day to reflect and enjoy the artwork.
